With more than $180 million in total real estate transactions, including 270+ commercial transactions, 150+ residential transactions, and more than $40 million in multifamily sales, Dawn has established herself as the trusted resource for Western Kentucky commercial and investment real estate.
Dawn’s career began with Falconite Development, working alongside the late Mike Falconite, one of Paducah and the surrounding Tri-State area’s most respected developers. That experience provided Dawn with an invaluable foundation in commercial real estate and introduced her to relationships throughout the local business and development community that continue to shape her career today.
Dawn has built a career centered on results, relationships, and an unmatched knowledge of the local market. She has been involved in millions of square feet of commercial leasing, helped bring 100+ new businesses to the area, facilitated hundreds of commercial transactions, and represented buyers and sellers across residential, commercial, and multifamily real estate.
Her work has earned recognition throughout the community. Dawn was named 2024 and 2026 Realtor of the Year through the Paducah Sun Reader’s Choice Awards and was voted 2023 Best Women-Owned Business. She was also recognized as 2022 Best Small Business by the Paducah Area Chamber of Commerce. In 2025, she was nominated for both Best Women-Owned Business and Best Real Estate Agent through the Paducah Sun Reader’s Choice Awards. Her brokerage was named 2026 Best Brokerage in Kentucky by Guide to Kentucky.
