Dean is from Wichita Falls but has called Decatur home for over 15 years. With his wife of over 30 years, Sheila, they have raised their children in Decatur where both were active in marching band and jazz band. Dean is a past president of the Decatur Band Boosters, a member of the Decatur Chamber of Commerce, and enjoys traveling in their 5th Wheel RV.
After graduating from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Industrial Distribution, Dean held a number of Senior Supply Chain Leadership roles over a 28-year career with W.W. Grainger, Inc., a global industrial supply company. Dean’s previous business leadership experience translates directly into effective real estate contract negotiations, clear and informative client communications, and well-organized transaction management.
Dean is a proud Texas Realtor® and holds the Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI) designation – an advanced designation held by less than 10% of all real estate licensees.
