Bio
Delio was born in Terceira, Azores and immigrated to Canada at 10 years of age. He started his real estate career in 1993, and after becoming one of the top agents within RE/MAX he launched his own brokerage with business partner David Medeiros, also a top RE/MAX associate. He has been a Broker-Owner with RE/MAX since 2002, and with his leadership team has grown the organization from 20 salespeople to nearly 920+ sales associates and nearly 100 staff in 17 offices. Delio's passion lies in exploring the incredible opportunities that are available in the real estate industry, especially with the utilization of the RE/MAX brand.
He says, "The most rewarding part of our business is watching people succeed, and knowing that you played a small part in that success." Delio believes that most people have the ability to be highly successful, and with some guidance and hard work they can achieve a rewarding real estate career. He is very involved in the day to day operation of RE/MAX Real Estate Centre, and is excited about the opportunity to coach his associates to higher levels of success.
