Bio
Denis joined SRS in the Chicago office in 2021 as an analyst for the Capital Markets team. He was responsible for conducting financial analysis and creating marketing packages for 1,005 properties nationwide, including both single and multi-tenant. Now an Associate, Denis focuses on buyer and seller representation through the disposition and acquisition of net lease properties.
Denis was an intern with SRS prior to joining in a permanent role. During that time, he oversaw property databases and investor records, discussed property specifications with clients and brokers, and delivered digital marketing materials to prospective clients. Earlier in 2020, Denis also interned with Cambridge Lending in the investor records division where he tracked the company’s rental properties.
Denis is a graduate of the University of Illinois at Chicago with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He has volunteered for the Northwest Special Recreation Association and has refereed their annual bocce ball Paralympics. He has also volunteered with Feed My Starving Children, an organization that provides bagged food for children in impoverished countries.
