From a blank site, through the construction process and down to the finer details of fittings and fixtures, Deon Yang knows what a good property looks like.
He also knows what caring for a property truly entails. It’s more than popping his head in for an inspection every six months. Deon recognises that effective property management demands a much more hands-on approach.
It means getting to know landlords and tenants at a personal level, listening to their needs, understanding their perspective, and fostering a relationship. Property is more than a roof over someone’s head, it’s the key to their lifestyle, and developing a relationship that helps all stakeholders requires patience, understanding and empathy.
Deon’s experience speaks volumes. He’s held management positions with global construction companies before turning his attention to property management, where his real passion lies, creating positive outcomes for landlords and tenants alike.
