Derek Koelsch joined Newmark Knight Frank as a research analyst at the firm's Manhattan headquarters in 2016. He was quickly promoted to associate and now works alongside Executive Managing Director Ross Kaplan, specializing in both landlord and tenant representation. Utilizing years of valuable sales experience and an innate knowledge of Manhattan's retail landscape, Mr. Koelsch consistently exceeds the expectations of his clients.
Mr. Koelsch is a licensed real estate salesperson in the state of New York and a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY). He attended Trinity College, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics and was a four-year member of the men's varsity lacrosse team.
