Devin Mitchell is Vice President, Leasing, Midwest Region of Brixmor. Until its acquisition by Centro Properties Group (ASX:CNP) in April 2007, Mr. Mitchell served as Vice President, Leasing, Midwest Region of New Plan Excel Realty Trust, Inc. Mr. Mitchell joined New Plan in April 2002 as a Senior Leasing Representative. He began his career in 1986 at Malan Realty Investors, Inc., overseeing the leasing and property management of 65 shopping centers in nine states. Mr. Mitchell has been involved in the shopping center industry for 21 years.
