Based in Los Angeles, he is involved in investment underwriting, financial analysis, asset repositioning strategies, and transaction execution, supporting the firm's multifamily investment platform.
Pflueger joined Kennedy Wilson in 2017 and has played a role in evaluating and executing multifamily investment opportunities throughout the West Coast and Mountain West regions. Prior to joining the firm, he gained real estate experience through analyst roles with CBRE and Goveia Commercial Real Estate.
