I grew up in a suburb of Boston called Weston, Massachusetts. I attended Lawrence Academy in Groton, Massachusetts and graduated from the College of Charleston in 1998 with a degree in Marine Biology.
I moved back to Charleston, SC for good in 2002, after extensive travel in South America and Europe where I gained a passion for architecture, home restoration and building. What drew me initially to Charleston and what keeps me here is the lifestyle, historic charm, and the ability to sail and salt-water fish 10 months out of the year. I took my passion for home restoration and began my real estate career concentrating on multifamily conversion projects.
Having gotten into Charleston real estate at the top of the market I saw many successful projects with multiple 250+ unit conversions selling out completely in a single sales day. This volume magnitude gave me indispensable insight into what goes into the management, marketing, sales and closings of large projects. It is on this foundation that I keep building my experience. I joined The Cassina Group in the Spring of 2011 where I specialized in luxury residential sales and commercial development and was able to build a small team. In 2014 I took my team over to Keller Williams Charleston-Mt. Pleasant and we have doubled in size as The Found Realty Team.
