Diane L. Poillon is President and Chief Executive Officer of Willow Valley Associates, where she has served in leadership roles for several decades, including prior positions as Chief Operating Officer, Executive Vice President of Focus Service Hotels, Director of Learning and Development, Director of Safety, and Manager of the Family Restaurant. She also serves on Willow Valley’s Board of Directors. Poillon holds an MBA from Millersville University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Messiah College.
