Don has over 30 years of experience in the Commercial/Industrial Real Estate brokerage. Before joining Lee & Associates, Don was associated with Grubb & Ellis for 8 years as a Vice President. He led the South Bay office of Grubb & Ellis in transactions in 1988 and 1989. He joined Lee & Associates as a Principal and Senior Vice President in 1990. Since joining Lee & Associates, Don has consistently been among the leading brokers in the Southbay office.
Don services a mix of owner and tenant clients and has particular expertise in warehousing / distribution facilities, and has done extensive work with manufacturing companies.
Don is a member of the American Industrial Real Estate Association (AIR), is a candidate for membership in the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR) and a member of the Harbor Transportation Club.
Don is a graduate of Long Beach State and holds a Bachelors of Science in Marketing with Minors in Economics and Accounting. He also holds a Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing.
