Bio
Doug Lance is Senior Vice President at Brennan Investment Group and is responsible for the sourcing of acquisitions, developments, and redevelopments in Indiana, Ohio, and Kentucky. He also oversees leasing on properties currently owned in these markets.
Doug has over 35 years of experience in commercial real estate, particularly in acquisitions/dispositions as well as leasing and asset management of industrial real estate. Prior to joining Brennan Investment Group, he was the market officer (Midwest) for Dalfen Industrial. He also served in prior engagements with Welsh Property Trust and First Industrial Realty Trust. Doug is skilled in maximizing value/property performance and successfully conducting all business development and leasing functions for multimarket, large portfolios.
