Mr, Douglas Owyang is an Experienced Executive in Real Estate Development for Residential & Commercial Developments.
Involved at a high level in developing Master Plan Communities throughout Northern California as a Principal in a Civil Engineering firm for over 25 years.
Moving to Texas in 2008 from California after retiring as a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) and a Principal of a Full-Service Engineering firm, specializing in Land Planning, Civil Engineering and Mapping. Some of his clients included National Home Builders and Commercial Developers such as; Lennar, Meritage, Pulte Homes, Del Webb, KB Homes and General Growth Properties.
At Back Label Commercial Group, Doug is involved with Land Planning, Due Diligence & Feasibility Studies for the best possible Land Use and maximum Financial returns for his clients, by using his experiences and the State of the Art Planning/Engineering software.
His other responsibilities include providing Commercial Brokerage Advice for his clients involved with Industrial Land and Landlord/Tenant Representation.
