Douglas Biggs is a strategic advisor to Fortune 500 corporations interested in executing effective real estate decisions across the United States. He leads a corporate services team based within the Colliers Atlanta office. His tenured team provides extensive market insights to guide both office and industrial transactions, leasing, sales and landlord/tenant for companies in a variety of sectors. His expertise includes: site acquisition, advanced leasing negotiations, space dispositions, build-to-suit consultation, lease audit counsel, portfolio valuation and corporate finance. Personal service and personalized solutions are cornerstones in his practice. He attributes these factors to sustaining his long-term client relations. With a background in economics and finance, Douglas applies distinct business acumen to address real estate challenges faced by companies including: WestRock, HD Supply, General Mills, ThyssenKrupp Materials, Biggs & Stratton, Illinois Tool Works, General Electric, the Interpublic Group, Masco, Nexen Tire America, Propex, Dade Paper & Bag and AT&T.
