Mr. Parks is a senior commercial broker with 20+ years experience in the Grand Strand market. Throughout his tenure, he has gained extensive experience by assisting national, regional, and local clients in Landlord & Tenant representation, site selection, planning, and development.
Drew has consistently earned the Top 2% designation within the Coldwell Banker Commercial umbrella, which consists of approx. 3,400 brokers in 40 countries. Drew maintains membership in International Council of Shopping Centers, National Association of Realtors, and the Coastal Carolinas Association of Realtors. He is also a member of the Myrtle Beach Church of Christ. A native of West Virginia, Drew relocated to Myrtle Beach in 1998 to attend Coastal Carolina University, where he graduated in 2001 with a degree in Business Administration.
