Winston began his hotel career with Hyatt Hotels in Chicago. His operating responsibilities have ranged from Department Head and General Manager, to Corporate Director and Vice President. In 2023 he launched Grand Bay Hospitality Management where he works with clients to maximize the operating performance of their hotels. Also, his transactional experience includes facilitating transactions, broker’s opinions of value, investment analysis, franchise relations, strategic planning, asset management and overall operational review. In addition to an extensive operating background including food and beverage at the world's busiest convention center hotel, to full-service resort and select service as a manager and corporate director, Winston has also established a hotel brokerage firm where he serves as principal broker.
