For over 19 years, Dustin has specialized in representing best-in-class brands with their real estate needs throughout Ohio & Kentucky. In May of 2026, he joined Compton Wessels Group (CWG) to launch CWG's brokerage division as a Principal and Managing Broker. He has extensive experience creating and implementing customized growth strategies for national tenants, including: AT&T, Five Below, Honeygrow, City Barbeque, Swig Drinks, The Joint Chiropractic, Visionworks, Restore Hyper Wellness + Cryotherapy, Robeks and many others. In addition to site selection, he has experience in site disposition and leasing for national tenants and landlords, including: Realty Income, Schottenstein Properties, Kimco Realty, Sam’s Club and Beauty Brands. Dustin is also a member of ICSC, where his contributions have extended well beyond the basic membership. He has served in various leadership roles with ICSC, including Cincinnati's Local Chair, Ohio's State Chair, and Central Division Chair and Board Member for ICSC's Next Generation Programs. He also holds a Certified Retail Real Estate Professional (CRRP) designation from ICSC, recognizing a broad expertise across retail real estate finance, development, leasing, and operations. He is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati’s Real Estate Program, which has been ranked among the top 5 most influential real estate research institutions.
