For over 15 years now, he has been training and coaching executives, bringing out their best and developing their strengths. He has served on the executive leadership team of two corporations, traveled the country developing and training sales and customer service personnel and has developed and implemented systems to enhance efficiency for organizations. He also serves his local community through various charities and volunteers at his church teaching finance. He and his wife Debora reside in South Florida and they have two children Sophia and Gavin.
