Dylan joined Crossman & Company in October of 2024, as a senior associate handling leasing on the Space Coast. Prior to joining Crossman & Co., Dylan worked as a Senior Associate with Franklin Street’s Retail Services team in Jacksonville, where he represented retail tenants in their real estate needs. In his role, Mr. Silverman focused on advising retailers of all kinds, including private and corporate clients, in everything from site evaluation and selection to lease negotiation and analysis to market surveys and strategic planning services. He also represented Jacksonville’s leading retail owners and landlords in adding value to their properties by securing high-quality tenants. Prior to joining Franklin Street, Mr. Silverman worked as a Realtor with Coldwell Banker Vanguard Realty Beaches, where he gained experience working with clients in real estate acquisitions and sales.
