Since entering the brokerage business in 1977, Ed brings to the table a strong background of experience in owning, developing and managing real estate. Ed has personally developed over nine subdivisions (300+ lots), a retail strip center, built homes, and leased and managed all types of real estate. Ed also operated his own commercial real estate company in Alaska before moving to Sacramento in 1988. Ed has specialized in Apartment and land sales, in addition to growing the office from 6 agents to 34.
