With over three decades in the commercial real estate business in Wake, Durham and surrounding counties, Ed is recognized as a consistent top performing broker with awards and deals in all property categories including industrial/flex/R&D facilities, and land. He currently leads our industrial brokerage team and is experienced and knowledgeable to handle all real estate transactions, representing landlords, sellers, as well as tenant and buyers to achieve their real estate goals.

Earned BS degree at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill attending on a four year football scholarship and obtained the SIOR and CCIM designations.
