Eitan is the Director of Industrial Outdoor Storage ("IOS") at
Vanbarton Group, where he oversees the acquisition and
management of industrial outdoor storage assets located
throughout the U.S. Prior to joining Vanbarton, Eitan was among
the first employees at Zenith IOS, where he was responsible for
IOS acquisition in the West Coast, Texas, and New Jersey. Eitan
also worked at 2020 Acquisitions, where he contributed to the
acquisition, construction, and financing of 3 million SF of industrial
development. Eitan graduated from NYU Stern School of Business
with concentrations in Finance and Data Science.
