Elena Quach is actively involved in executing all aspects of investment properties including valuing and marketing hospitality real estate transactions, financial modeling, market research and analysis, and the preparation of investment memorandums. As part of the central support team, Elena is a critical link with CBRE’s brokerage teams nationwide aiding each team in producing accurate and efficient results for all clients.
Prior to joining CBRE Hotels, Elena worked as an Audit Associate at KPMG, one of the Big Four public accounting firms. During her time with KPMG, Elena performed financial statement audits, analytical procedures, substantive audit tests for a variety of clients, including hospitality-focused companies. Elena attended the University of San Francisco and earned a Business Administration degree with a concentration in Hospitality Management and Accounting. She has a strong background in the hospitality industry and has held a variety of positions within full-service hotels and food & beverage.
