Eli brings 20+ years of commercial real estate experience to Cresa, with a deep background in business intelligence, advisory growth, and talent development. Most recently, he served as Business Intelligence Director at CBRE, where he focused on business development initiatives, implemented new technology systems, and supported the recruitment and retention of top producers.
At Cresa, Eli works closely with Executive Managing Principals Anthony Fritsche and David Anderson to help lead the Houston office. His focus includes growing the firm’s advisory platform, developing people, and strengthening Cresa’s market presence. He will drive advisor business development, elevate the client experience, and expand recruiting efforts.
Prior to CBRE, Eli served as Senior Vice President at JLL and held senior roles at Cushman & Wakefield and Savills. He also spent time at proptech firm VTS, where he founded the company’s nationwide Research division and helped commercialize the VTS Data product.
