With over two decades of experience in real estate, construction management, and property development, Emanuel has garnered a distinguished reputation amongst clients and industry professionals alike. In addition to his ventures in real estate, Emanuel is the owner and managing partner of Innovative Contracting Services – a full-service exterior contracting company, specializing in both siding and roofing. Emanuel currently holds a license as both a construction supervisor and a home improvement contractor. He has also worked diligently as a consultant for various regional construction groups and is a long-standing member of the National Construction Trades Association (NCTA). He is also an active member of the Greater Boston Real Estate Board (GBREB) and the Massachusetts Association of Realtors (MAR).
