Emil’s first career was in Pharmacy, graduating from St. John's University College of Pharmacy and Allied Health Professions, and as a Pharmacist his main passion was to help people. Real Estate has provided him with another avenue to do just that and this is where The Real Estate Pharmacist was born!
Investing in Real Estate since the 1980’s, Emil decided to share his knowledge and expertise with others. In 2009, he changed the focus of his passion from helping people with their healthcare to their financial well-being; initially helping fellow Pharmacists sell their life's work and then as an International Real Estate Consultant helping families realize the American Dream of Home Ownership.
Emil's commitment is to make his clients’ real estate experience as stress-free and as seamless, as possible. As he caters to both Domestic and International clients Emil has pursued and achieved his CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) designation. As a CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist) he specializes in Luxury and Waterfront properties in the Clearwater Beach and surrounding areas, however, Emil will help anyone who needs his help, near or far. His integrity, dedication, attention to detail and negotiating skills will give his clients the best opportunity in realizing their Real Estate goals.
Emil is very involved with his community, volunteering for and sponsoring events throughout the year and is always looking to give back to help others without hesitation. If it’s for a good cause, Emil is there! He has also served on both the Clearwater Beach Chamber of Commerce's Board of Directors and Executive Committee. In 2018, Emil received the Clearwater Beach Chamber of Commerce’s Outstanding Real Estate Services Award. Emil enjoys the outdoors whether it is riding his bike, kayaking, taking a walk or just relaxing on the beach and he is a PADI-trained Scuba Divemaster.
