Bio
Enrique received his undergraduate degree at Loyola Marymount University in Business Administration with a double emphasis in Business Law and Finance. Upon graduation, Enrique Viramontes began his career in Investment Real Estate in 2002, specializing in multi-residential properties.
In his first full year at Marcus & Millichap, Enrique was recognized as a Top Plaque Earner for his outstanding performance in sales of Investment Real Estate. In the next year, he was awarded top honors as a National Achievement Award winner. Mr. Viramontes finished the 2005 year as one of the top ten brokers in the Los Angeles office and in the top 20 percent of the national company. In that same year, he was mentioned in the Los Angeles Business Journal’s, “Who’s Who In Real Estate – The Youth Brigade.”
In 2006, Enrique Viramontes decided to take his career one step further at RE/MAX Commercial & Investment Realty. He continues to serve his client's best interests by creating and maintaining wealth through unique investment strategies.
