Nassau Development, L.L.C. was formed in 1994 by Eric H. Berger, Esquire and Alfred L. Amato, Esquire just 4 years after graduating from Georgetown University Law Center. A year later the Company changed its name to United States Real Estate Acquisitions, L.L.C., and in December, 2002 it became U.S. Real Estate Acquisitions, L.L.C.
A&B Construction & Maintenance Co., L.L.C. provides the property management and in-house legal department. Mr. Berger is the principal of A&B Construction. Dennis Herlihy joined A&B Construction as the Property Manager in 2000. Robin Levine arrived in 2008, handling all administrative duties including accounts receivable and fielding tenant inquiries.
