Before entering real estate, Eric spent nearly a decade in municipal government, including his appointment as City Manager of La Marque, Texas, and leadership roles in economic development. That background provides a distinct advantage in real estate transactions involving zoning, municipal processes, redevelopment, and long-term planning.
As a sixth-generation Texan, Eric’s roots in the region run deep. His family history dates back to the founding of the state, including a third great-grandfather who was among the signers of the 1845 Convention that led to Texas entering the United States — a legacy of leadership and public service that continues to shape his values today.
