Twenty-Five plus years of experience representing both tenants and landlords in a multitude of product types. Eric has worked with private real estate development and consulting companies as well as institutional real estate owners. Eric has completed more than 500 transactions representing more than 5 million square feet and $700 million in sales and leasing. He has managed over 25 million square feet of property and worked with national companies to develop operating and financial reporting procedures and systems.
