Eric is a Michigan State University alumnus, where he earned degrees in both zoology and finance. After starting his career in conservation biology working with endangered species, Eric entered the commercial real estate world where he joined national self-storage operator Devon Self Storage as an Asset Manager. Eric was involved in over $250 Million in self storage transactions, and was promoted to Vice President of Asset Management where he was responsible for the financial analysis and reporting to investors. Eric is also an experienced options trader with proprietary trading firm, Maverick Trading.
