After attending Northwestern University, Eric’s commercial real estate career in Charleston began in 1982 with The Brumley Company.
Since that time, Eric has developed a reputation as one of the industry leaders particularly in regards to his work within Master Planned Communities and with Seller/Landlord Representation.
Eric prides himself on developing and maintaining long-term relationships with his clients.
In addition to his duties at Meyer Kapp & Associates, Eric also serves as the Chair of Charleston County Planning Commission.
