Eric Morgan is the founder and president of Morgan Realty Group, a principal-led commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm serving Dallas / Fort Worth. Since 2004 he has completed approximately 1,000 transactions representing roughly $1 billion in value across industrial, office, flex, retail, and land.
Eric spent ten years as a top producer at Capstone Commercial Real Estate Group before founding Morgan Realty Group in 2012, after reading Proverbs 18:16 — "A gift opens the way and ushers the giver into the presence of the great." It was the confirming word that gave him the conviction to leave corporate America and put his gifts to work for his clients.
A submarket expert along Dallas's Stemmons Corridor, Eric works with business owners, property owners, and investors across seller and buyer representation, tenant and landlord representation, investment sales, REO and distressed assets, owner financing, and land acquisition and entitlement. He has partnered with banks and lenders nationwide to liquidate REO assets and has served as general partner, or as a member of the general partner, for high-net-worth individuals, investment companies, and funds.
