Eric Peterson is currently our Director of Leasing, he joined Lance Kashian & Company in November 2009. Eric is our initial point of contact for any property leasing requirement here at Lance Kashian & Company. He is responsible for developing a client base that generates referrals and leads which then produce tenants for all our properties. He is involved in all aspects of our lease process, from touring available space to final tenant occupancy. In addition to this, Eric has on-going communication with existing tenants to discuss lease renewals, expansion and relocation needs. Eric is also involved with other special projects like New Development, Enterprise Zone, PG&E OBF Programs, PACE and LEED Certification. Eric attended Fresno State University in 1979 with an emphasis in Accounting.
