Eric brings a wealth of expertise to Extreme Hospitality. With a career spanning various facets of the industry, including hotel real estate finance, acquisitions, development, and hospitality operations, Eric has played a key role in underwriting and managing over $1.5 billion in hotel real estate investments. His work with top private equity firms, REITs, and high-net-worth individuals has been instrumental in driving successful transactions.
Eric holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Penn State University's renowned School of Hospitality Management. He also earned certifications in Hotel Real Estate Investments & Asset Management from Cornell University and Hotel Industry Analytics from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute.
