Eric St. John, CCIM, is the Founder and President of St. John Commercial, specializing in office and industrial leasing and sales, with additional experience in land sales, retail, and development. Licensed in Alabama and Tennessee, Eric is based in Huntsville and has worked on regional projects throughout the area. After more than 13 years in commercial real estate, he launched his own firm built on being detail-oriented and truly understanding his clients' needs. A finance and accounting graduate of The University of Alabama in Huntsville with hands-on experience starting, acquiring, and running his own businesses, Eric brings a well-rounded perspective to every deal. His clients range from local businesses to regional and national organizations across industries including medical, government contracting, professional services, financial institutions, retail and showroom, and automotive dealerships. A Huntsville native, Eric serves on the UAH Foundation Board of Trustees and is a member of the Committee of 100.
