Eric Thies owns, develops, and sells investment property. In addition to brokerage sales and analytics, Eric has extensive background in public and private construction, commercial and residential development, and investment property syndication. Eric’s real estate assignments long ago exceeded one billion dollars. Eric is past president of the San Diego Commercial Realtors Association and is a member of MENSA. He was awarded the prestigious MAI appraisal designation in 1992. Eric earned an MBA, with emphasis in real estate marketing and finance, and a BA with highest distinction from the University of Colorado. Married to his college sweetheart and a father of three, Eric resides in Del Mar, California and Beaver Creek, Colorado. When asked which is his favorite professional credential, Eric replies, “I am the only man I know of who has signed a multimillion-dollar public project Payment and Performance Bond from himself, to himself.”
