Eric Vickers serves as owner off offMARKET. Main Street over Wall Street always! Tenant Rep specialist and small biz/retail/food & bev consulting. Previously served as Vice President at Hatfield Advisors, an independent, full service commercial real estate company specializing in urban revitalization projects and urban leasing. His experience prior to joining Hatfield Advisors includes retail and office leasing and sales with The Weitzman Group in Dallas, as well as Fort Worth-based Colonial Commercial Real Estate. Prior to those positions, Vickers began his real estate career with the Kim Martin Company in Fort Worth. While in college, Vickers served as an intern for Plano-based Equity Residential, a multi-family Real Estate Investment Trust. Vickers is a born and raised Fort Worthian and prides himself in continuing to build upon Fort Worth’s great past and even brighter future through real estate. His ultimate passion in the industry is working on projects within the city’s urban core. Vickers received his Bachelor’s degree from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia, while also playing for the nationally ranked men’s soccer team all four years of his career.
