Bio
Erica Dunlap is one of the Co-Founders of AERES Real Estate. Erica has been in commercial real estate for 16 years starting in architecture, then moving into consulting, corporate services, and then brokerage. Erica is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science in Architecture, as well as Georgetown University with a Masters in Real Estate. Her well-rounded background has equipped her to take a discerning and creative angle on numerous transactions. She has been involved with significant transactions in both the local market and global market. Erica and her team have a true passion for their clients’ success and they pride themselves on their committed work ethic. Prior to co-founding AERES Real Estate, Erica was a Principal at Signature Associates.
