Broker since 1995, Licensed since 1989 in Maryland, and Washington, DC Ernest Banks, Jr. started helping his family’s real estate business as a child. In 1988 he started working in a property management office in 1988 as a clerk. In 1989 he became licensed as an agent and received his brokers license in 1995. In 1995 he purchased his 1st apartment building and began managing real estate independently shortly thereafter.
