As an Associate of Greenbridge, Ethan focuses on acquisitions and management of properties in the Greenbridge portfolio. He is responsible for the underwriting of new deals and assists in investment due diligence process. In addition, Ethan works is responsible for the construction and property management of multifamily projects.
Ethan was born and raised in Los Angeles where he took a passion in real estate from a young age. He went on to attend the University of Southern California where he graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate Development.
