He has been the lead on transactions spanning the leasing of industrial assets in the South of Market district, tenant representation for established technology companies, sales of mixed-use assets, as well as acquisition advisory and joint venture structuring. Ethan attended the University of Wisconsin–Madison’s School of Business, where he studied Business with a focus on Real Estate & Urban Land Economics. A San Francisco native, Ethan attended St. Ignatius College Prep, where he played football and was a 1st Team All-WCAL & All-Metro San Francisco defensive end.
