Prior to the formation of August Real Estate Co., Evan spent 15 years as an investment sale professional where he handled more than $10 billion of transactions in California and Texas. His experience working on behalf of institutional clients provided him with a strong financial skillset and an ability to identify compelling investment opportunities that leverage new and emerging real estate trends.
Evan began his career with CBRE in San Diego where he spent nine years focused on the sale of office and industrial properties throughout Southern California. He returned home to Dallas in 2014 to join Eastdil Secured and launch their Texas office. His experience at Eastdil Secured included the sale of many large-scale and high-profile office assets in Dallas, Houston and Austin.
Evan graduated high school from Jesuit College Preparatory and earned a B.S. from Vanderbilt University. He and his wife, Courtney, currently reside with their four children in University Park.
