Evan Jones serves as Vice President of Leasing, where he oversees leasing activity across the Webb portfolio. Originally from Ashland, Kentucky, Evan moved to Lexington to attend the University of Kentucky, where he earned a dual degree in Accounting and Finance. During his time at UK, he developed a strong connection to the city and chose to make Lexington his home after graduating. With a strong understanding of both the financial and operational aspects of commercial real estate, Evan is focused on driving value through strategic leasing initiatives and long-term tenant relationships.
Outside of work, Evan enjoys spending time with family, golfing, hiking, traveling, and listening to music. A loyal Kentucky Wildcats fan, he follows both basketball and football closely. Evan has a deep appreciation for the Commonwealth of Kentucky and is committed to contributing to its continued growth and success.
