Bio
Evan is a vice chairman at JLL where he is a leader in the tenant representation group. He has developed a diverse practice but spends a good portion of his time focusing on leasing of office space for high-end, Class A tenants, including well over 100 hedge funds, and other boutique financial services firms. He is thoroughly immersed in the Midtown Manhattan marketplace—knowing when leases expire in the top buildings, which firms are evaluating their real estate needs and what spaces are available, whether officially listed, or potentially available for sublease. Evan is known for exceeding his clients expectations through exceptional service.
Prior to JLL, Evan joined Studley (now Savills) in early 2002 as an associate, after completing the sale of his family-owned business (and a short career as a day trader). Utilizing his marketing and business development skills, he quickly began building his book of business and earned his first promotion in less than six months. Evan was recognized as having the quickest ascent from associate to vice chairman in Savills history.
Activities & Achievements:
Evan quickly adapted his sales background to the world of commercial real estate and in his first year with Studley received the coveted “National Rookie of the Year” award. He is an active member of YMWREA (Young Men’s/Women’s Real Estate Association), REBNY (The Real Estate Board of New York) and The State University of New York at Albany’s Alumni Association.
