I have worked in the real estate industry for going on 20 years, in both real estate investing and as a Real Estate Broker. The bulk of my experience was in the Denver Colorado market where my husband and I invested in real estate and actively refurbished the homes and duplexes we purchased. I also managed my own Brokerage and supervised a number of agents. The largest client that I served, was the national organization “We Buy Ugly Houses”. The bulk of this independently owned investment group in the Denver Market contracted with us to negotiate all their short-sale opportunities to turn them into viable investment properties. After they rehabbed the homes we would then market and sell the properties.
