Fadi Rawashdeh is a Senior Associate for the HVS Brokerage & Advisory division who is directly involved in the acquisition, disposition, and transaction process for multimillion-dollar hospitality assets. He provides guidance in every aspect of the transaction process including hotel valuation, disposition strategy, marketing, and coordination of the due diligence and escrow process. Fadi has been involved in hundreds of hospitality transactions and has performed valuations on over $2 billion of hotel investment properties.
Prior to joining HVS Brokerage & Advisory, Fadi worked for the HVS Consulting & Valuation division as a Project Manager. During his time in that role, he performed services on over 100 hotel assets, ranging from economy class to upper-upscale hotels. Before joining HVS, he conducted financial analyses, underwrote transactions, and performed market and transaction analyses at CBRE Hotels. Fadi earned his bachelor's degree in Finance from the University of Houston.
