Faith focuses on Self Storage Investment Sales and Landlord Representation. She brings a fresh approach working closely with Self Storage Owners looking to sell their facility and buyers who are growing their portfolio. She delivers long term value to both seasoned and first-time owners and has worked closely with the large national Self-Storage REIT’s.
She also assists with Tenant and Landlord representation in retail and mixed-use projects. She currently leases the Houston Design Center, a 280,000 square foot premier design destination for Office & Showroom Tenants as well as the Houston Farmer’s Market which is a historical mixed-use redevelopment.
