A graduate of the United States Military Academy, Felice has 12 years of experience working in both the conventional and special operations community as an adviser to foreign leadership. In 2018, Felice graduated from Rice Business School with a focus on commercial real estate development and now uses both his military and educational experience to build strong clientele relationships and support their efforts to fully capitalize on leasing opportunities during expansion.
