Fernando Martinez-Reding is a retail real estate advisor focused on landlord and tenant representation, as well as acquisitions and dispositions across Nevada’s most competitive retail corridors.
In 2023, Fernando joined one of the region’s top producing Retail Services teams led by Dan Hubbard. In January 2026, he and the team transferred from Cushman & Wakefield to CBRE, continuing to represent regional, national, and international buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants in transactions alongside leading REITs, Fortune 500 retailers, and private capital groups.
His work spans the acquisition and disposition of retail assets, the stabilization of retail centers, and the lease up of ground-up developments, including guiding retail brands through multi unit expansions and flagship locations, all while operating within institutional standards, complex deal structures, and high stakes negotiations.
Fernando brings a performance driven, execution oriented approach shaped by his background in high performing automotive sales, where he developed the negotiation discipline, financial intuition, and client accountability that continue to drive his brokerage work. He is known for sourcing opportunities, moving deals forward, aligning incentives, and protecting client outcomes.
